As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe place for clients to explore, understand and resolve their problems. Working together, we can find solutions to the issues or situations causing distress. Therapy is a collaborative process. I believe a strong, client-therapist relationship is essential for providing safety, support, and a non-judgmental presence to help you move toward your goals. I respect and value my clients, knowing we come from all walks of life, each with a unique story to tell. You deserve to be understood and helped.
I work with families, couples, and individuals of all ages to address a variety of issues including: depression, anxiety, grief & loss, self-esteem, and complex family dynamics.
Together, we can find out more about what you need to heal and move forward.

In terms of my background, I have worked in this field for 8 years. I received my Master’s in Social Work from The University of Vermont in 2006. I began working with families and children as a Child Protective Services Social Worker with the Department of Children and Families after graduation. Prior to private practice, I worked with the geriatric population, Alzheimer patients and their caregivers as a Hospice and Medical Social Worker. I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and I currently maintain my own full-time private practice in downtown St Albans, VT.
